How to access The Fueled Gymnast Academy

The Fueled Gymnast Academy can be licensed by gyms or teams who want to give multiple athletes and families access under one streamlined program. This option is ideal for clubs that want consistent, gymnast-specific nutrition education across a group without asking families to figure it out on their own.

FAQ

The Fueled Gymnast Academy has two separate cohorts broken up by age, to ensure the information and discussion is appropriate and engaging for all. Most often, the cohort breakdown encompasses gymnasts ages 8-12 and 13-18 by may differ slightly based on individual needs. As of Spring 2025, there is also now a track for male gymnasts. It is recommended (but not required) that gymnasts of all ages complete the learning modules with a parent or guardian.

Each module is broken down into bite-sized videos (most are 10-15 minutes or less) so they can learn quickly. They’ll be able to access the course online or on our app, which is perfect for busy gymnasts who are always on the go (they can even watch a module or 2 on their way to practice!). The modules are self-paced, meaning they can learn at their own pace (do more when they have time and less when they don’t). They also get lifetime access to the program, meaning they can re-watch lessons anytime!

All live calls will be coordinated directly with you at a time that works best for your athletes, families, and staff. Live sessions will be recorded for those that are unable to attend or would like to review the discussion at a later time. Enrollees will also have access to a group chat and private chat conversation with Kerry to be able to get questions answered.

The Fueled Gymnast Academy is a self-guided program. If any of your team families are looking for additional personalized support, they can add on 1-on-1 support with Kerry.

Nutrition is the foundation for everything you want to achieve in the gym — food is the literal building blocks for every piece of your body! All of the time and money invested in gymnastics, PT, strength training, mental training, chiropractors, massage therapists, specialized theapies, ETC… won’t make a difference without the right fuel behind them. You’ve invested too much in your goals to NOT make nutrition a priority!
