1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching for Gymnasts
Personalized nutrition support for gymnasts who want to feel better and train stronger.
You’re doing all the work in the gym, showing up to long practices, and pushing through tough training days.
So if you’re still feeling tired, sore, injured, or stuck… This isn’t because you’re not trying hard enough.
It’s because your fueling needs are unique and they are being met with generic advice.
This is for gymnasts who need more than general advice.
- Are in Levels 9–Elite and/or 16 years old or older
- Have unique food limitations like food allergies or strong preferences
- Struggle with strength, endurance, or stamina
- Feel “heavy,” winded, or gassed during routines and practices
- Feel stressed, anxious, or guilty around food
- Want support that actually fits their schedule, training hours, and body
And for parents who want:
- Clear guidance for their gymnast who just won’t listen
- Less food stress at home
- Confidence they’re supporting their gymnast the right way
- Gymnasts to learn how to feed themselves correctly for life
“With the increased energy I’ve had, my focus and mood have improved and I have been able to break through my mental blocks!” – Level 7 Gymnast

Why 1-on-1 nutrition coaching works differently
There is no “perfect gymnast diet.”
Training hours, age, growth, injury history, preferences, schedules, and mindset all matter.
1-on-1 coaching allows us to:
• Look at your unique training demands
• Understand your unique body and energy needs
• Build a fueling strategy that actually works for your life
You’ll learn how to fuel intentionally, confidently, and sustainably, so you can focus on gymnastics, not food stress.
With the right support, gymnasts often experience more consistent energy, better recovery between training days, improved focus and mental clarity, and better progress in the gym.
What we can work on together
Your coaching will be individualized, but focus areas may include:
Everything is grounded in gymnastics-specific sports nutrition, not general athlete advice.
How 1-on-1 nutrition coaching works
1-on-1 coaching is fully virtual (telehealth) and built to flex with training demands, competition schedules, and real life.
Sessions are customized in both format and frequency based on what will best support the gymnast.
What to expect:
- For athletes under 18, parents are involved in the initial session
- For athletes 13+, follow-up sessions can be:
- gymnast-only, or
(Parents always receive a recap email after each session) - joint sessions with parents
- gymnast-only, or
- Chat support between sessions for questions, adjustments, and real-time guidance
