The Fueled Gymnast Team Talk Series is a 4-part workshop experience designed to help gymnasts fuel better, train stronger, and stay healthier while giving parents and coaches the tools to support them appropriately and confidently.

This is your chance to get gymnast-specific, age-appropriate, evidence-based education that actually fits the realities of the sport.

Why team-wide nutrition education matters in gymnastics

Gymnastics places unique demands on young athletes: long training hours, high physical stress, growth and development, and intense performance pressure.

And yet, most gymnasts and families are left to piece together nutrition advice on their own. Without proper nutrition, gymnasts start experiencing chronic fatigue, more injuries, mental blocks, and harmful diet culture.

Most gyms don’t have access to a dietitian who truly understands the sport of gymnastics… this workshop series changes that.

As a registered dietitian who works exclusively with gymnasts—and as a former gymnast and coach—Kerry designs each workshop to be:

  • Practical, realistic, and easy to apply
  • Grounded in science, not diet culture

The 4-part Fueled Gymnast Team Talk Series can be delivered in a condensed timeline or spread throughout the year. Workshops are scheduled collaboratively to best support your team’s size, structure, and season.

Standard workshops are virtual. In-person workshops are available in eastern PA, NJ, DE, eastern MD, and southern NY/NYC for an additional fee
