It can seem in gymnastics, gymnasts being tired all the time, sore, without enough energy to get through workout is just how it is. That injuries are just par for the course.
But it doesn’t have to be this way!
Most gymnasts experience this because they are under fueled. They simply aren’t eating enough. Mental blocks, frustration, being hangry, all are symptoms of your gymnast simply not having enough fuel to do what gymnastics requires of them.
